Quality Policy

The management of LOBITO IC, S.L. (ICe) is aware of the importance of meeting the needs of its customers, the requirements to be met by the marketing and after-sales service of electric mobility vehicles (scooters and bicycles) and muscle bikes, as well as to advance in continuous improvement, so it is committed to:

• Develop and implement the Quality Management System that ensures compliance with the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 standard, as well as its communication to stakeholders.

• Make continuous improvement its working tool, establishing and periodically reviewing the specific objectives of this improvement process.

• Comply with legal and/or regulatory requirements related to the marketing and after-sales service of electric mobility vehicles (scooters and bicycles) and muscle bikes.

• Promote the participation and responsibility of all company employees in the operation of the Quality System in order to ensure the quality of its products and processes.

• To establish the procedures and means to control the whole process from the technical advice to the customer until the delivery of their orders.

• To provide the company and its processes with the best human capital and the most advanced equipment for the process of marketing and after-sales service of electric mobility vehicles (scooters and bicycles) and muscle bikes.

This policy is in line with the values of LOBITO IC, S.L. (ICe) and must be known, understood and developed by all those who are part of it.

Its implementation is a fundamental objective of the Management and is the responsibility of all its employees.
