Components
IC Electric offers a range of electric bicycles for all needs, comfortable touring bikes, urban bicycles adapted to the city, practical folding bikes, all-terrain bikes to enjoy the mountains and the Giro as never before, with high performance to cover miles and miles of road.
Batteries
ICelectric uses Lithium Ion Polymer batteries. This type of battery is characterized by greater resistance and reliability.
They withstand 1500 charge cycles, which is one third more than traditional Lithium-Ion (Li-Ion) batteries. With proper maintenance, their durability is two to three years.
Maintenance of your battery ICelectric
Do not let your IC Electric battery become fully discharged.
For proper use, charge it after use,
IC Electric batteries have no memory so you can do partial charges.
If you do not plan to use it for long periods of time, we recommend that you fully charge it at least every two months.
At the end of their useful life, the batteries should be recycled in green points. Do not throw the battery in the trash of your community, let's help together to protect the ecosystem.
IC Electric is a member of
Union of battery industries, environmental management.
Motors
The motors ICelectric are 250 W Brushless motors. This is the maximum power allowed.
This type of motors do not use brushes that eventually deteriorate. They are more modern and efficient motors. Approximately 85% of the energy is transformed into motion.
Our motors are located in the wheel hub. This facilitates assembly and repairs.
Autonomy
The ICelectric has a range of 45 to 60 km on uneven terrain.
The crankset-to-pinion ratio, the level of pedaling assistance used (3 levels, except for the Race, which has 5) and the slope are factors that have a direct impact on the range of the ICelectric.
Depending on the electric power chosen and the slope of the terrain, the range can be considerably reduced, with positive slopes of more than 7% the range is reduced by more than 50% and slopes of more than 14% the range will not exceed 20% in most cases.
The maximum speed with assistance is 25 km/h. When this speed is reached, the motor stops working.
